• Proposed, created and established proactive VOD content reconcilliation team, leveraging existing resources, that generated more than $5 million in revenue in fiscal 2010 and $7 million in 2011• Hired and managed an additional team of 7 video engineers who were responsible for VOD back office and video server care and feeding, troubleshooting and breakfix• Led the development of numerous automations to ensure timely and complete VOD catalog publishes and VOD hardware catcher ingestion stability• Expanded team focus from an exclusive VOD support model to a model that included market SDV solutions and the enterprise Video over Backbone solution support
