Current• I’ve maintained a focus on NextGen video delivery solutions - Foundational solutions for iterative customer product offerings leading the way to an end-to-end IP delivery model• Functioned as the technical lead for the operational enterprise deployment of the multi-screen video solution, aiding in the development of operational deployment requirements and their necessary test cases• Developed the formal NOC troubleshooting and escalation processes for the MBR video encoding, packaging, origin and cdn solutions respective to the multi-screen offering• Developed an internal iPad application to empower our tier 1 and 2 video technicians and engineers to validate streaming capability from national origin servers and from any of the geo-diverse, regional cache streaming cluster deployments across the national footprint• Provided the logical framework and managed the creation of a correlation, auto-ticketing and dynamic troubleshooting runbook that isolates national, local, and MBR streaming issues and outages to their sources in an effort to speed MTTR across the increasing interdependencies of multiple video solution platforms• Created a national video services source stream quality scorecard to enable the identification of chronic offender streams, video processing hardware and/or provider system failures for both linear legacy video and MBR solutions
