My career has a solid background in construction, over 30 years of construction experience. Most recent is 18+ years in the HVAC, building automation and energy management industry. My EMCS career has consisted of building automation project management, system design, controls programming, engineering, installation, service for new and retrofit HVAC commercial buildings with DDC controls and energy management systems, application engineering, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, sales, estimating, Analytics, optimization and energy efficiency engineering in commercial, hospital, lower / higher education and government projects. I possess career experience in many other construction areas. Starting at an early age with family owned businesses in real estate, custom home building and earth work, I gained diverse project experience and valuable trade skills on commercial and private construction sites. I have expanded my knowledge with creative and innovative solutions meeting project needs and budgets. I am self motivated and a leader for employees and associates I work with.
