In the years since its creation, it has become the preferred leadership path across every part of our organization.Key CDW Accomplishments:◈ Serve as Director of Professional Development for BRAVE, CDW's Business Resource Group focused on the LGBTQ+ community◈ Supported the reorganization driven by CDW’s recent acquisitions, including Sirius, Focal Point and Aptris ◈ As part of the Sales team, helped coordinate alignment for our integrated Sales organization◈ Since moving to ITS, aided establishment of workflows and structure to match expanded capabilities to our new Sales organizational model__________Community involvement is important to CDW, and also to me. In my free time, I serve on the President’s Council for the Museum of Science and Industry and on the Associate Board for Open Books. I also volunteer with St. Benedict’s Preparatory School and other Chicago-area nonprofit organizations.
