Responsibilities included setting agendas for and managing company’s weekly All Hands meetings end-to-end, managing and editing Oscar’s “Daily Thoughts” internal newsletter, sent company-wide, managing the company-wide OKR setting process, helping manage leadership’s strategy-setting process. helping to prepare slides for board meetings, helping to prepare for multiple rounds of fundraising, helping to set agendas for, take notes in leadership meetings, and working on myriad special projects for the Chief of Staff and CEO.

Focused on product, technology, and consumer communications reporting to the VP of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility. Responsibilities included crafting and executing strategic communications strategies designed to bolster company goals, preparing key company leaders to become effective external spokespeople, and building out the infrastructure and operations of a newly-founded communications team from the ground up.

Reporting to the Chief Policy and Strategy Officer, responsibilities included researching and producing issue briefings for the Chief Policy and Strategy Officer and other executives and senior staff, as well as various policy and regulatory projects.

Elected as General Treasurer of Rhode Island in 2010, Raimondo ran successfully for Governor in the 2014 cycle. Duties included collecting checks, entering donation and contact information into NGP and Excel, staffing campaign events, among other various tasks. Reported to the Campaign Manager.

Assistant Director of the Elementary School Musical, The Music Man. Taught weekly Master Class for all vocalists in the High School Jazz Program. Taught Performance Jazz Ensembles in High School and Middle School both during the school year and at the annual Wheeler Jazz Camp in the summer. Directed and arranged for the 18 Wheelers, the High School a cappella group. Substituted regularly for Middle School and Elementary School music classes.
