Lead SAFECROWDS work in providing a holistic approach to security and counter terrorism. Working alongside experienced professionals within the organisation to effect positive change and grow the organisation. Provide Threat, Vulnerability and Risk assessments for large scale venues and events as well as physical security surveys which cover suitable designation and specification of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation strategies. After recognising gap in front line security awareness, I created a new Counter Terrorism and Security Aide Memoire to be utilised by all front line staff aimed at improving awareness and capability in emergency situations. Written and created bespoke training packages for security staff to improve understanding and awareness of Counter Terrorism threats.Provide guidance and training for the forthcoming Terrorism Protection of Premises Bill and work with existing clients to enhance the capabilities of organisations and venues to counter new and emerging threats.I have managed on site deployments of security personnel ranging from Premier League football clubs through to iconic summer music festivals.I have created bespoke Counter Terrorism strategies for Security Advisory Groups and Public Realm projects and have worked closely with government and police to identify a need and then create new protective security training courses.

Responsible for the delivery of protective security advice to major crowded place locations and providing help, training and guidance on all aspects of counter terrorism. Working alongside local authorities, business, government and professional bodies to identify and assess sites that may be vulnerable to terrorist attack. Provide bespoke advice on counter terrorism protective security and impart guidance designed to be incorporated into crime prevention plans, business continuity, emergency response plans and risk and contingency planning. Trained by UK government in explosive and precursor chemicals, pathogens and toxins, radiological sources, site and vulnerable point surveying, integrated security systems, designing hostile vehicle mitigation and threats from CBRN attack. This would be equal to a Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) Level 6 Diploma.Selected as force lead on counter terrorism training to both internal staff as well as external organisations.These include complex table top exercises delivered to 100 or more delegates through to senior officer and executive level briefings covering threat level, intelligence and advice on emerging trends relevant to safety and security. Provided bespoke security advice to high-ranking officers and individuals of importance to the UK.Awarded head of department commendation for creating a training and on boarding programme for new starters and recruits into counter terrorism policing.Consulted on major operations, projects and events including most recently creating a bespoke protective security survey for the world's first international summit on Artificial Intelligence in Buckinghamshire.Led the South East in the number of people trained in the National Protective Security Authorities training ‘See Check and Notify', (SCaN).Designed a presentation now utilised by the force area on forthcoming legislation, primarily the new Terrorism Protection of Premises Bill (Martyn’s Law).

Joined Surrey Police as a Constable. Acting as a response officer based on the East of the County until a family move took me to Northamptonshire Police in 2021. Remained a response officer within Daventry and South Northamptonshire responding to a variety of emergency calls all requiring dynamic risk assessing and conflict resolution from complex mental health issues to serious traffic collisions and violent assaults. Responsible for developing a strong understanding of the complex needs of a diverse population and fostering strong working relationships in the community.

Inspired by carpentry workshops with wounded soldiers, found a passion for design and manufacturing focusing on bespoke handcrafted furniture. Business grew into a six figure limited company providing furniture for both commercial clients and high net worth individuals. Managed staff in both retail store and within the workshop environment including apprentices. Gained experience in Business Development, Sales and Negotiations. Secured lucrative contracts with several national brands and organisations including food retailer ‘Cook’ and multinational brewery and pub chain ‘Brew Dog’.Presented at a number of trade shows regarding the growth of the business as well as innovativedesign and manufacturing processes.Pioneered resin and wood design, obtaining worldwide recognition and acclaim winning multiple design and manufacturing awards.

Having been involved in the charity since its origins in 2007, began full time in order to facilitate the role wounded service personnel and the charity would have across the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. After the success of the games I managed several members of staff running two support groups within the charity, the Band of Brothers and Band of Sisters totaling almost 5000 members.Led the charities role in the Paralympic Closing Ceremony achieving a global reach of 1.2 Billion people and creating £4.6M of advertising revenue.Successfully negotiated the recruitment of several companies into a programme to hire charitybeneficiaries into employment and volunteer opportunities for the olympic games.

Working at first with Sussex Police and then within Specialist Operations at the Metropolitan Police provided intelligence reports and delivered advice on all aspects of counter terrorism protective security.Acted as deputy national lead for critical national infrastructure and advised on national and international operations.Appraised senior government, business and police at board and executive level.Initiated a large scale security training programme for multinationals in preparation for London 2012 when at the time youngest security advisor to receive LCGI for National Counter Terrorism Security Office.
