I am currently employed by Amplify as their London based office manager, overseeing all FM services for the organisation’s HQ building in the heart of Shoreditch, Central London. My previous experience has seen me manage a variety of hard and soft FM services for a 66,000 sq ft Victorian building in Westminster. I was in this role for over four years, planning and delivering both operational and capital projects, with a strong focus on updating the organisation's technological credentials. I hold an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing Apple devices.I pride myself on having outstanding customer focus and empathy, which I developed in my previous roles as a technician and a Genius at Apple Retail UK. I consistently received high ratings from customers, and I was able to offer tailored solutions to their problems. I also have natural leadership qualities, and I enjoy supporting and guiding my colleagues and staff.
