I setup CNC lathes, optimized programs, preformed spot checks on coworkers parts, worked with Quality Assurance as well as Production Coordinator and Management to achieve quality parts in a productive manor. Pick up xy, determine correct E number value, loading new wire spools, doing basic Maintenance of the wire guides, the felts and energizing plates. Running the program through graphics prior to running it.Aluminum Oxide and Garnett Bead Blasting when needed. Tolerances on flat parts .0005" hole to hole locations, round and threaded parts .0005"-.0013" on diameters, angles +/- .8* verified with laser. I would also use it to check for tool run out on drills, reamers, end mills etc.Deburr and Finish Detail parts. This included buffing wheel parts, using deburr wheels on grinders and/or drill presses, tumbling parts, cleaning parts with an ultra sonic tank or in a parts washing tank.Install Helicoils and detang them.
