As Head of Executive Recruiting with Verily, I am supporting the growth of the organization by building the company’s first in-house executive recruiting function and leading the recruitment of mission oriented leaders committed to advancing precision health. Previously, I served as an Executive Search Partner with McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 10 healthcare and life sciences services organization. In this role, I worked closely with executives and HR/talent partners to deliver leadership talent across all of McKesson's businesses at a time of strategic transformation for the organization.​Earlier, I worked in retained executive search with Korn Ferry and Egon Zehnder, serving global clients operating across multiple segments within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Non Profit, and Public Sector industries. Prior to executive search, I served in an international government affairs capacity for Boston Scientific, where I worked to increase the company’s positioning in emerging markets by managing relationships with US and foreign government officials, engaging in advocacy efforts, and supporting global corporate responsibility initiatives.
