  I was in charge of a crew of five laborers and five concrete finishers, in which I was to set-up and draw out the job site to be built. I would collaborate with my crew as a team to efficiently complete the task at hand in the most efficient way possible. The skills required for the job were as follows: knowledge of materials, strong team leader skills, building concrete form expertise, proficient time management skills, and ability to adapt to various strenuous variables.
