Lifelong tennis lover turned entrepreneur, business collaborator, and self-taught woodworker. My professional tennis coaching career began teaching full time at private tennis clubs in Massachusetts and Maine.
I worked with tennis guru Ian Westermann, Founder of Essential Tennis and host of the #1 rated tennis podcast on iTunes and most subscribed channel on YouTube for tennis improvement. I have travelled extensively with Ian, providing instruction to his global audience during his immersive and transformative destination tennis retreats around the world. Instrumental in bringing the WTA and USTA tournaments to Massachusetts from 2019-2022, I have extensive experience working with both tennis professionals as well as top level athletes. In conjunction with my current role as Senior High-Performance Coach at the Thoreau Club Tennis Academy outside of Boston MA, I also serve as Tournament Director and Tennis Technology Director at the Club. Most recently, I founded Elevated Tennis, a UTR tennis match play service, with the mission to revolutionize the landscape of junior tennis in New England. Through strategic partnerships, innovative programs, and a commitment to inclusivity, Elevated Tennis strives to make tournament play more accessible, creating a pathway for aspiring athletes to reach their full potential. I am also PTR Certified, PPR Certified, an avid cyclist who in 2018 completed a one day 78-mile ride over three Rocky Mountain passes, a US NAVY veteran who proudly served aboard the USS John F. Kennedy CV-67, and a grateful cancer survivor.
