Responsible for the planning, execution and growth of the operations support team. The responsibilities of the OSS team include Training and Development, Project Support, New-field Manager and on-boarding responsibilities and a Continuous improvement management team to be developed. The OSS Manager will also be responsible to assist in developing the lead.

The Training and Development Manager will be the champion of this critical initiative across Certarus, responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), leading efforts to develop training content, training employees on how to use the LMS, and delivering technical training using the tools within the LMS.

The Regional Technician is responsible for the safe operation of Certarus’ bulk CNG filling stations in the Rocky Mountain House region. The role is responsible for supporting CNG delivery operations, facilities management, logistics and maintenance. I provide technical assurance for the efficient and optimum running of the natural gas compression station.

Managing a team of 45 Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical Journeyman working through out Alberta and BC. Supporting both the customers and the Craftsman’s day to day and over all needs. Looking for and driving efficiencies in all aspects of the business.

Responsible with coordinating and execution of field electrical and instrumentation Maintenance activities. Accomplished by supervising, coaching and mentoring craftsman and contractors in all aspect of their business, safety, cost, volumes and people.

Managed two SCADA hosts and one DCS System around the Eckville and Rocky Mountain House area. This included installation and maintenance of all field RTU’s, instrumentation, measurement Radio’s, towers, and the hosts they connected too. At the same time I managed a small workforce of instrumentation, electrical and radio technicians who assisted me in.

Electrical and SCADA project management and execution in the Oil & Gas industry. Managed projects of different scales and complexities, such as large compressor site installs to single well SCADA installs. My responsibilities grew over time where I eventually became the key person managing all electrical and SCADA work in the Eckville/ Rimbey area for.
