I worked with Cadre for 10 years working directly with clients to help deliver their training needs. I have developed and managed projects for various government departments, large mining companies and health organisations. My career with Cadre started as a developer but I quickly started producing/managing the projects I worked on. After proving myself managing these projects my role transitioned to be a producer working with a wide range of clients in Cadre’s portfolio. Over the years my work continued as a producer working directly with clients and the production team to see projects through from quoting to completion. This role required me to manage the project scope and budget while guiding the creative team to deliver on the clients requirements. Due to my experience with development I took on the responsibility of being the development team lead in addition to my primary role as a senior producer. This was fulfilling to help the team to learn new techniques and support them with their work. ——————————Cadre began in 1995 as the Centre for Applied Design, Research and Education (CADRE) at University of Western Sydney. Our vision and mandate was to explore how technology could enhance educational outcomes for Australia’s education and corporate sectors.Cadre was acquired by Navitas in 2012 and continued working with some of Australia’s most respected institutions and companies to enhance performance, mitigate risk and improve employee engagement through online learning.
