Through 7 years of work experinece within various industries I have been involved and worked in multiple roles. I spent 6 years at Mcdonalds and went from being a crew person to a area manager and then an assistant store manager, in this position I held major part in ensuring the performance of a multi million dollar business on a week to week basis particularly within the human resource and financial sides. Additionaly I have transtioned into a trade sales consultation role at National Tiles, using the marketing background that I hold to create partnerships and relationships with various trade customers in the transition into fully fledged marketing. I have various years of consumer to consumer experience and I the ongoing of major business and the administration required. In addition, I own my own company, which offers a differing outlook into mental health through a communal service to all. I have over three years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, and I am passionate about creating positive and memorable customer experiences. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing at Macquarie University, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing. My goal is to further develop my skills and knowledge in marketing, and to apply them to my own business and future career opportunities. I am a motivated, creative, and collaborative professional, who values learning, innovation, and diversity. I enjoy various sectors of society inparticular sport, infrastructure and social events.
