I am responsible for operations, growth and development of Blue Ant Media's content sales, format sales and branded services business and P&L across the Asia Pacific region.Blue Ant Media is a privately held, international content producer, distributor and channel operator. We own and operate numerous production companies in North America and Asia Pacific, creating content for broadcasters and streaming platforms in multiple genres including factual entertainment, natural history, documentary and adult animation. We offer a substantial catalogue of content, including one of the world's largest 4K natural history offerings. Lead the APAC regional team in 8 offices with 180 people working across production, branded services, streaming (BBC Player and BritBox), content sales and commercial businesses.

Managing Director, Australia & NZ, BBC Studios. BBC Studios is the commercial & content production arm of the BBC. My role is to lead the Australia & NZ business strategy and all commercial activities and the associated regional team and P&L. The business currently operates seven popular STV channels, including BBC First, BBC UKTV and BBC Earth, a major content distribution business that distributes BBC content as well as BBC TV format licensing & production as original local series. The role also encompasses the commissioning and financing of new TV series for our channels such as Jane Campion's "Top of The Lake" and Jimmy McGovern's "Banished", commercialisation of the BBC brands in consumer product merchandise, interactive media and live events, as well as managing the sale of TV content through SVOD, DTO and physical DVD. Recently completed Stanford's SEP (2016).

FremantleMedia is a global TV and new media producer with operations in over 30 countries and is responsible for such hit TV shows as Idol, The Bill, the Price is Right, Neighbours, Comedy Inc, The Biggest Loser, Australia's Got Talent and MasterChef. The position of CEO - Asia Pacific is regional head of all ancillary exploitation of the TV company's brands in merchandising, mobile, online, live events and licensed promotions as well as the distribution of all TV content throughout the region on all TV and digital platforms as well as the retail home entertainment market.

Responsible for the regional P & L for Licensing business, in the APAC region, including digital, consumer products & sponsorship.

I joined Fairfax Media (then f2 Network) at the height of the dotcom boom and rode out the bust there. During my time I was involved in developing the f2 Portal and navigation strip and formed commercial relationships with a range of business partners including Soulmates Technology (now match.com) and brokered content licensing agreements with global news content distributors Factiva and Lexis Nexis.
