I am an inspirational leader with more than 20 years experience principally in the not-for-profit sector. Previous Director and CEO roles evidence an excellent record of financial performance, operational delivery, people development and the application of governance and quality systems. I have led several mergers, re-structures and large TUPE transfers, integrating significant numbers of staff and volunteers from different organisations and sectors in to both operational and support departments. I have been very successful in winning contracts and building partnerships across sectors. As well as having many wonderful people around me, I believe I have been successful because of my focus on the experience of people using the services and my commitment to staff and their development. I have a strong professional and personal commitment to supporting people experiencing disadvantage. I want to work in a dynamic and forward thinking organisation where I can use the breadth of experience and depth of knowledge I have gained in the diverse roles I have held.
