I started the company to build high-end spec homes for sale on Cape Cod. Responsibilities include funding, design and analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, RFP's, negotiations, sub contractor selection, material selection and purchasing, scheduling, project budget and accounting, building code compliance, project development, quality control, certification of occupancy and supervise all crews on-site.

Co-Founder, V.P. Sales and MarketingI was Responsible for overall business operations. My main emphasis was on sales, marketing and training. We developed a software application for the mortgage default industry and our target market included Banks, Title Companies and Attorney Firms. I interfaced directly with top-level executives, negotiated high-dollar contracts, and coordinated implementation. Managed accounts and orchestrated post-sale services and resources. I established strategic partnerships with specific key clients to develop new platforms that grew revenue for Lentec and the clients. Supervised five sales associates, in-house and independent.
