Print Production And Graphic Design Specialist
Current-In-house design service: assist customers with graphics for buttons, stickers, packaging, and other promotional products.-Perform internal graphic design tasks to assist with company branding.-UI/UX consultation and website design using Figma.-Process product orders by printing order forms, downloading and assessing artwork, andprinting artwork approved by customers. -Layout customer artwork utilizing Adobe software, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator.-Print production using Fiery, Cutting Master, and VersaWorks software. High Capacity Xerox Printer, HP Large Format and Roland Inkjet Printers, Graphtec Plotter, Slitter/Cutter/Creaser.-Attend messaging meetings to provide input for internal marketing efforts and pitch assets such as giveaways and sample products for direct sales outreach. -Assist with social media efforts: photography and video production, modeling products, pitching campaign ideas.-Direct and execute lifestyle and product photography.-Attend on-site networking events to assist with button-making and contact collection.-Provide exceptional customer service both over the telephone and through email. -Order quoting and payment processing.-Communicate orders to third-party vendors and provide quality control. -Basic IT responsibilities including software troubleshooting, email account set-up, and communication with freelancers.-Order and maintain paper supplies and other printing/cutting supplies.
