General Manager of the 10 bedroom, 50 cover, Mariners Inn, located on the busy harbour front of Falmouth

Relocated to Cornwall to take up the Front of House Manager position for two sister hotels located next to each other in Morgan Porth, near Newquay. They are the 37 room adults only boutique hotel, Scarlet, and the 100 room family hotel, Bedruthan. Only left due to losing my rental in Newquay to the post covid holiday letting boom! Moved to Falmouth where my boat is moored...

Joined as Food & Beverage Manager and went on to Duty Manage the Hotel in the absence of a General Manager from October 2019. Lived on site. Left to relocate and sail my boat to Cornwall!

My first role in Hospitality began at the bottom as an Associate at The Mount Stuart, Cardiff Bay. In 6 months I became a Shift Leader, and 3 months later a Duty Manager, at the largest Wetherspoon in Wales, which had a turnover of £4.5 Million.

Ran my own Not for Profit Community Arts Company, specialising in Art Therapy with learning and physically disabled Children across the UK.
