I was originally hired as the backroom team leader, where I helped setup the storage facility. I was also part of the hiring of team members, and provided them with an orientation of the storage facility and the training needed to complete their jobs. I provided continual leadership, training, and support to a diverse staff on matters of inventory.

Procurement and inventory analysis for the entire company, and supply chain management for the Atlantic Region. I directly supervised staff, and actively instilled quality and effiency improvements through a team based approach, effectively collaborating with managers from other departments.

As the warehouse manager, my responsibilities included procurement, inventory management, logistics management, and parts sales to customers. I also imported and exported product by various forms of transportation, and provided the customs information for clearance in and out of Canada.

Ordered and distributed photocopier and fax parts to a field of over 30 technicians throughout Atlantic Canada as the Parts Department Manager. As the Inventory Coordinator, I was responsible for staging equpment orders from point of order to customer delivery. Also compiled and reported KPI's within the Atlantic Region. Was named to the IKON Common Coding.
