My responsibility in each was to lead the definition and implementation of the requirements of the Banking Operations division in relation to systems access. Effectively, this was a hybrid business analyst/project management role. I also managed the business implementation of three applications enhanced in line with the requirements of the wider integration programme. This involved both in house and third party technical resource.
