CurrentI joined Richards Butler in 1985 and became a partner four years later. I was Head of the Real Estate Group for three years and previously a member of the Partnership Board. I joined Reed Smith when Richards Butler merged with Reed Smith in 2007.My work covers all aspects of commercial real estate including development, investment, funding and occupier work, acting for developers, investors, banks and corporate occupiers. I have considerable experience of acting for both UK and overseas investors in relation to investment and development property and for multi-national companies who are major occupiers of property in various sectors such as IT, financial services, leisure, retail and transport. I have specialist knowledge of leisure property, data centres and rail related property development.
