o Development of internal cases through use of analytics & exception based systemso Creates and executes project work plans by identifying resources needed; developing business plans assigning individual responsibilities; managing operational aspects of the project with supporting project plans; reviewing deliverables; identifying system or manual solutions; determining prioritization and project milestones; developing communication plans; driving test and pilot solutions; validating results; creating roll-out plans; and monitoring and tracking solution results.o Management and support of field CCTV projectso Supports club operations teams and asset protection personnel with specialized compliance/risk issues by responding to requests for ad hoc reports; compiles and analyze data while reviewing solution outcomes by collaborating with other cross functional teams to ensure all available resources are leveraged.o Identify, develop and facilitate Asset Protection training on global risks associated with the brand.

Kentucky & Indiana

o Directs and manages the execution of Asset Protection, Safety initiatives, Compliance, and crisis management for a metro area.o Ensures stores within assigned area are achieving P&L objectives.o Management of staff consisting of 13 salaried Asset Protection Managers and supervision of 22 hourly associates.o Responsible to impact accident performance in multiple facilities through the management of facility safety programs. Conducts follow up on accident reports and investigations.o Ensures that OSHA guidelines are being followed.o Responsible to impact shrink performance within assigned area. During FYE 14 a 30+bps reduction was achieved.o Responsible for development of Asset Protection and Operations Team through increased expectations as well as teaching and training.o Manages internal and external cases through initiation to conclusion.o External partnerships with local law enforcement as well as retailers.
