Senior Customer Master Data Steward
CurrentManagement of data attributes to improve data reusability, accessibility and quality. Monitoring and maintenance of data quality and taking of corrective actions to ensure completeness, accuracy and on time delivery of customer records. Participation in regional and global MDG projects, to implement strategic customer data related activities, for enhancement of customer data quality.-Review, validation and approval of requests for customer creation and changes.-Monitor and action daily Data Quality reports to maintain data integrity and enforce data quality policies.-Effectively govern applicable business critical data attributes.-Collaborate cross functionally with; Sales, Service & Support, Customer Care, Funnel Marketing, Credit and Tax.-Ensure SLAs for customer master data activities are met.-Initiate, coordinate and implement regional customer data improvements in alignment with strategic vision.-Improve data quality through metrics tied to business impact and assist in the resolution of interface errors.-Define data requirements for new and existing interfaces.-Preparation of presentations and training materials.-Perform data validation and related testing activities.-Initiate discussion with other commercial functions to enhance customer data usage and align data steward activities to support the business.-Collaborate with global master data team to establish data governance policy and set baseline for data quality metrics.-Drive compliance in data governance through creation of process flow/work instructions and ensure alignment with global master data team.
