I've implemented an LMS for 300 employees and created a performance development program that was implemented company wide. As a part of my role, I also managed multiple cross-department projects.As a Radiologist Relationship Manager, my innovative thinking in terms of radiologist management led to high employee retention. My ideas for training methods and recruitment tactics were used in operations, leading to the department being fully staffed for the first time in 4 years.
