I am an ambitious, driven Head of Engagement. During my time at my current company, I have been directly responsible for 60% growth in my first year and increased the proficiency of both the recruitment and relationship management of the company leading to an increase of 142% of the clinical team. I have represented the company at multiple conferences both national and international.At my previous company I developed many L&D strategies across multiple locations. I've implemented an LMS for 300 employees and created a performance development program that was implemented company wide. As a part of my role, I also managed multiple cross-department projects.As a Radiologist Relationship Manager, my innovative thinking in terms of radiologist management led to high employee retention. My ideas for training methods and recruitment tactics were used in operations, leading to the department being fully staffed for the first time in 4 years.
