When I joined, Staffware was a privately held company employing approximately 18 people with an annual turnover of £1.2 million – while there, it IPO'd on the London AIM market then a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2000. The company achieved year on year growth of more than 50% (CAGR) employing some 400 people in 16 countries with £40 million turn over.. Post Staffware I started The Process Factory – a technology that would enable users to build situational applications on demand. More recently I have been the CSO with Cordys. The role entailed advising on product strategy, heading up marketing and establishing the UK operation. I've written and published a number of articles on the subject of Office Automation, BPM and Workflow Technology. I Co-Authored a book covering both technical and business aspects of BPM.
