He is graduate and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He holds Post Grad. qualifications in HR from the University of Brighton and an NVQ level 4 in Training and Development (CIPD).Jon works with many large organisations and has extensive experience of markets in the Middle East, South East Asia, UK, Europe and South Africa. Jon is currently working with International Initiatives developing vocational standards for S.E. Asia. He continues to deliver, internationally, his highly successful public Master-classes in Risk Management and the internationally acclaimed 'Profitability from Collections' to CEOs, Directors and Managers Jon is also delivering training programmes in Collections and Credit Control in-company to all levels of management and staff. He works the whole training cycle from needs analysis to evaluation. He is an experienced international training consultant and conference speaker. Jon has developed the flagship credit control/collections programme 'Advanced Collections', delivering outstanding results in different cultures all over the world. He is also responsible for a twenty-six subject Management Development programme covering a wide spectrum of management skills. Jon has an in depth knowledge of Total Quality Management and holds a TQM recognition award. He also has practical man-management experience.
