Present examination findings to senior bank management and the board of directors.- Work in numerous exam leadership roles; including examiner-in-charge, operations manager and asset quality manager.- Analyze and assess institution’s loan portfolios, credit risk management practices, underwriting practices, ALLL adequacy, CRE stress-testing and individual credit relationships. This includes the evaluation and classification of retail, CRE, and C&I credits through financial analysis of a borrower’s repayment capacity, including debt service coverage ratio and numerous other financial metrics. - Coordinated the preparation of the District Check Processing budget which totaled over $50 million and developed monthly cost variance reports to ensure we didn’t exceed cost targets. In this role, I performed analyses and made recommendations that helped the department remain under budget at the end of the year. - Performed monthly general ledger account reconciliation for five departments and audited general ledger entries to ensure they were entered in compliance with Federal Reserve accounting policies. - Trained new analysts, supervisors and staff on new processes and procedures that made our department more efficient. I led implementation efforts for new processes that helped our operations generate additional credit float of over $100,000 in a one year period and developed standardized templates in Excel that reduced certain report formulation from three hours to fifteen minutes.- Audited both our billing and accounts payable areas to ensure incoming and outgoing invoices were accurate. Through analysis, I was able to identify a situation in which we undercharged a set of customers by $25,000. In another instance, I recognized an error in an invoice and helped our department save $4,000 by not paying for a service that wasn’t billable. - Managed a national project to develop best practices that would improve our customer service quality. Our team was able to develop three best practices that were voluntarily adopted by all Federal Reserve Offices.
