Led the Global S4 HANA roll out for finance and accounting processes in SIE. 3 regional migrations/implementations across 2019 until Sept 2022 (Japan Asia, Americas and EMEA respectively). Supported Regional finance teams with adopting a core operating model (Global Proces model) for P2P, OTC, RTR and Reporting tools.Worked closely with project team and an SI to deliver company objective of transformation of the organization with a common, single SAP S4 HANA instance with BW4 HANA. Most recently, after an S4 HANA version upgrade to 2109, I was the Project Leader for the successful, timely delivery of a SAP solution of Group Reporting in SIE Globally (one common Go Live for all 4 regional consolidations) and helped establish core tools and processes for consolidation accounting in SIE.

Supervision of a team of Process Experts within the Business Process Operation team by Setting SLA targets and KPI reporting for managing the Business Partner and co-ordinating Process Improvement Projects for the Global Finance Platform. Also had exposure to other Operating segments within Sony Corporation, including the entertainment segments (Music & Pictures); as well as supporting the accounting queries globally that the Consolidation Accounting team must provide guidance on.
