We had been operating under Allejon Special Services Corp (S Corp) for the previous years and for tax purposes were guided to the LLC model. Due to our significant growth, we have gone back to an S Corp in 2024 and have fully branded ourselves as USA Recruiters, Inc which better describes what we do.Many of the Major Players in the Financial Services industry use us. We also have great customers who are small to medium sized firms. We have a team of hungry & motivated recruiters that work hard to fill positions. Most of our recruiters have been affiliated with us for 3 to 14 years. I am also very involved in each project.Recruiting advisors & buying books are really tough! We have to be "professional, persistent and pleasant!" The foundation of our program is follow up & Step Educating the candidates each time we speak with them. We have set up our program to be a 3 year program that is very affordable. The reasoning is that since recruiting is tough, the work in the first year builds momentum in the immediate term but also for the next year & into the future. From a business logic perspective, it doesn't make sense to "walk away" from all the hard work of year 1, no matter what the results are. I worked/consulted with all types of small businesses (including a Fraternal Insurance Organization) in sales, marketing and recruiting areas.I learned a lot over these 16 years. It started with helping businesses from all different types of industries increase sales. During the 90's we ended up working with mostly hi-tech companies & small businesses. We primarily did telemarketing, Sales and Recruiting for them. The need for sales people by our Clients, led us to Recruiting for our them. By 2000 I was working 100% in recruiting within the Financial Services Industry.

Excellent Company to work for. I started in Sales covering all the Chemical product lines for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Healthcare. I had a short, less than one year "stint," with Dixie Marathon/James River Paper Co but came back to Calgon and was promoted to a Area Sales Manager position in the Infection Control Division. This division marketed to Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Free Standing Clinics.
