Delivered a clinical trial matching solution that integrated with an electronic medical record system for a major cancer center in just 5 months. I led a cross-functional solution team of 20 resources to establish this solution. This enabled the cancer center to democratize valuable clinical guidance to smaller cancer centers to improve clinical outcomes and resulted in one of the largest deals in Watson for 2013.

Managed a portfolio of integrated software plays spanning business process management, decision management, business analytics, and business information. Led the strategy and execution to move this integrated suite to a cloud-hosted delivery model. Offerings yielded $53M in software sales and $201M in services sales in 2011.

Established a services practice to drive the initial SOA governance (product and service) offerings within IBM. This portfolio of products led to $27M in sales and services revenue in 2006 and 2007. Co-authored IBM’s SOA Governance methodology - The SOA Governance and Management Method to enable over 1200 sales reps and consultants to sell and deliver these products and services as a solution.

Created a solution to reduce demand volatility in the Energy and Utility Industry by implementing a demand-based pricing model for retail energy markets. The solution used automated meter technology to understand real time energy demand to fluctuate pricing and reduce the cost of wholesale energy costs by an estimated 10%. Presented project results to IBM Chairman and CEO as well as analyst and press communities.
