I deliver complete health and wellness packages to private clients and groups. Packages give advice on achieving optimum vitality including nutrition advice, client specific exercise and psychological behavioural change techniques to ensure Total Life Fulfillment.

I have been running my own business since May 2007, working out of personal training studios near Liverpool Street. From here I provide personal training services and Shaolin Kung Fu training. I offer single, partner and group training and also corporate group training. As well as physical training I also provide NLP life coaching, Metabolic Typing Nutrition Coaching and Sports Massage Therapy.

Serious-Fitness has two major avenues for business, 1. Online store selling High Quality Sports (Boxing) equipment and 2. The 'ShadowBox' boxing course teaching personal trainers how to deliver the highest quality boxing training sessions currently on the market.We currently have the contract to teach all of the personal trainers at David Lloyd fitness centres across the UK how to deliver their boxing training package 'Fight it'. We are also spreading across Europe teaching the Shadow Box course and soon into the US.

Shared Responsibility alongside Gym Manager for performance managing a 30 strong Personal Training team that has generated 500k.Personal responsibility for managing a team of 12 trainers to deliver £300k over the course of 2005 through personal training.Shared responsibility alongside gym manager and 2 other Master Trainers to establish new company records of £50k net in July then £65k net in November. Delivered team and 1-1 training/education sessions to enable staff to move through the Holmes Place PT progression system. Pass rate of over 90% achieved.Responsible for development of the two other Master Trainers into their current roles. Delivered follow up staff training workshops throughout the year on member interaction skills. During which time member interaction scores at the club increased from 30% to 90%+. Assisted HR in the new recruitment process, interviewing candidates and providing feedback.Supporting Holmes Place Training Academy through teaching Holmes Place personal training courses to 20 - 25 students.Acting Gym Manager throughout 2005 during managerial annual leave.

Working my way through the Holmes Place training system in what was, at the time, a record pace. I then went on to become one of the most highly respected and highest achieving fitness professionals at the Barbican Holmes Place before taking my leadership role as Master Trainer in 2004.
