I've grown up in the Chicago suburbs for the majority of my life and have involved myself in a variety of different fields. From age 11 and up, I've played the bass guitar and during my junior year of high school joined a pop rock band and toured the U.S four times between the ages of 17 and 22, capping off the experience performing at such venues as The House of Blues and Metro. While receiving an associates degree in arts at College of DuPage, I started kickboxing competitively and doing kung fu demonstrations at local theatres, churches, and festival events as an assistant instructor in Wheaton, IL, under the tutelage of Master James Rylander. Moving away from sports, I became an executive assistant / notary public / retail store manager at Washington Park Center. Mainly specializing in shipping logistic, mailbox rentals, customer service and even office / store front renting with a real estate broker. In 2009 I attended Columbia College Chicago for theatre and got bit by the acting bug. I've taken part in dozens upon dozens of student films, also working professionally with large production companies / theatre troupes. It's afforded me the opportunity to work such sets as "The Dilemma", directed by Ron Howard, and ABC pilot, "The Matadors". Producing became a passionate hobby of mine while attending the performing arts school and I started collaborating with other film enthusiasts and assembled a production team to develop a web series. The project management skills I cultivated at this time are invaluable and have proven useful for just about any situation when it comes to organization, scheduling, budgets, scope, and time optimization. The past 4 years I've been invited to collaborate and work on various projects ranging from developing web sites, writing business proposals, film production (both in front of the camera and behind), stage managing, stunt coordinating / fight choreography, shift scheduling, resource budgeting, shipping logistics, etc.
