Jon is a Board Director of Rolfe Judd Planning and is currently the lead advisor on some of most prominent and complex development projects in London and the south east. He has extensive planning consultancy and development experience built up over a number of years from working on a range of development projects from conception through to delivery.Since becoming a Director in 2007, Jon has been responsible for taking the lead on some of the most challenging and exciting new developments in the UK. He has taken a leading role in the regeneration of London’s Royal Docks with the Ballymore Group and Oxley Wharf and has delivered significant new mixed-used developments throughout London – including the Filaments (for Mount Anvil and Workspace Group), Leamouth South (for the Ballymore Group) and Rainbow Business Park (for the Workspace Group). He is also the lead planning consultant to the AELTC and recently secured planning permission for the remodelling and installation of a new retractable roof to the world famous No.1 Court, Wimbledon.Jon has appeared as an expert witness at a number of Public Inquiries and regularly represents client interests at Examinations in Public. He also frequently advises new clients on the development potential of individual sites, the requirements of strategic and local planning policy, listed building issues, planning enforcement matters and planning law. Jon is a member of the RTPI.
