- Preparation of year-end financial statements for a number of Dexus entities. Main entity being Dexus Wholesale Property Fund, an $8bn unlisted property fund- Preparation of month-end reconciliations, management reports and unit pricing calculations- Analysis & interpretation of monthly results for discussion with relevant stakeholders- Quarterly tax calculations and overseeing payment of distributions to wholesale investors- Significant involvement in the due diligence/integration of a new healthcare fund- Management of Corporate Accountant- Review of monthly BAS's and yearly tax returns- First point of contact with external auditors for relevant funds- Undertaking of annual budgeting process

- Preparation of month-end reconciliations- Preparation of monthly and yearly management reports- Analysis & interpretation of monthly results for presentation to management- Preparation of statutory reporting including BAS, PAYG, FBT and Payroll Tax- Preparation of weekly payroll - Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable staff- Cash flow management- Preparation of annual budgets- Asset and fleet management- Trust accounting- Liaising with external auditors and service providers

- Preparation of half-year and year-end financial statements and undertaking statutory reporting requirements- Preparation of month-end reconciliations and management reports- Analysis & interpretation of monthly results for presentation to management- Preparation of statutory reporting including BAS, PAYG, FBT and payroll tax- Liaising with external auditors and service providers- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis- Management of accounts support staff

- Preparation of annual accounts and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and self managed superannuation funds- Regular tax compliance work including processing returns for GST, FBT, PAYG and interim accounts- Tax planning- Reviewing of junior accountant’s work and completion of necessary adjustments and training
