Director Of Marketing
Current- Lead brand & marketing strategy across Ripken Baseball, including, but not limited to content, digital, public relations, social media, on-site, etc.
- Responsible for the launch, onboarding, and success of new partnerships, programming and branding (Baseball Factory, All-Ripken Games, Cooperstown, NY; etc).
- Manage technology strategy and implementation across multiple vendors and cross-functional departments. (CRM, Marketing Software, Registration, Surveying, Technology Integrations, etc.)
- Drive paid digital strategy across the business, generating over $5MM+ in annual sales within the first six months of launch.
- Manage marketing budget and external resources (agencies, vendors, etc.) to maximize output and deliver towards company-wide goals.
