Delivered major platform replacement project of national significance on its ~$4m budget over a near 2 year programme of work. As part of this we replaced an ageing monolithic integration system with modern micro services, enabling a number of significant benefits to Customs including license saving deployment simplicity and risk compartmentalisation. Used combination of Agile and waterfall to achieve desired outcome. Significant technical and environment challenges were overcome in the course of the engagement.

Established long-term working relationship with leading NZ motor vehicle retailer to evolve their public website. Responsible for delivery of ongoing web applications to enhance the customer experience and provide improved support to internal business processes. Established long-term team of developers and designers within Intergen to enable easy flex to meet changing client requirements and business challenges. Very proud of the work done by the team over my period of involvement. Worked with not-for-profit organisation in the Agricultural sector to design a major Microsoft Dynamics solution to replace their existing operational management suite. Senior PM for leading NZ Microsoft partner. Proven track record of delivery across a number of clients including1) PMO client-side assistance to Public Trust as part of the largest implementation Intergen had ever undertaken at the time, worked to ensure smooth transition from legacy to new through a turbulent go live period that included floods and earthquakes!2) Ongoing enhancements to the above solution over a further period of around 18 months. 3) Design phase for government department emergency management solution4) Delivery of emerging risks early warning system and design and build phases for SharePoint-based Ministerial workflow solution for major government department5) Worked with leading NZ vehicle company using the Optimizely (EPI) web platform . Built relationships that contributed to long-term wins for both organisations. Led a team of up to 20 developers and designers through many work packages and enhancements using a variety of methodologies and approaches. Projects delivered under this programme included - Migration of On-Prem Web platform to the cloud - Enhancements enabling customers to select and compare accessories for their vehicle, also enabling greatly improved internal business processes. - Removal of technical and design debt. - Consulting work on longer term IT strategy - 40-50 other work packages.

Responsible for day to day oversight of the business requirements and process collection for the Core Bank Replacement programme at Kiwibank. This includes managing stakeholder involvement, impact analysis, User Acceptance planning and engagement with the technical delivery teams to ensure business outcomes are always top of mind.

Senior Project Manager at rapidly growing local New Zealand Bank. Responsible for medium to large scale project and programme delivery including delivery of new products and services and efficiencies in existing estate.-leading major programme to revolutionise the integration platform at Kiwibank-established branch of Kiwibank on the island of Niue, included management of stakeholders at senior levels within government and the bank ( including the premiere of Niue)-led programme to improve business and technical management of the telephony and contact centre function- delivered the Notice Saver investment product to market, a New Zealand first.- other workflow and process improvement implementations.

Project Manager for Enterprise Content Management System vendor in Wellington, New Zealand. Primary responsibility for delivery of Objective Software to public sector clients in Wellington and in other parts of the country, focussed on ensuring business outcomes were met by the implementations. Also worked on strategic development work for the New Zealand practice, and investigations into a number of new revenue streams.
