About Jon Sather

The past seven plus years of my professional life has been dedicated to aiding in the growth of Paramount Global, Inc. Starting as an Assistant Warehouse Manager, my role provided me with the opportunity to learn and continuously improve operational processes. This led to a promotion to Warehouse Manager where I continued momentum with team building and growth/development of our largest operational distribution center. Today, my role as Customer Project Manger allows me to focus on strategic processes and projects to positively influence change in our rapidly growing organization. Regardless if I am working with our external or internal customer, my end goal is to exceed customer expectations. I have been successful in accomplishing this through being transparent and candid with feedback, having empathy while still being sincere, and an aggressive work ethic. More than anything else, I have learned and believe that a team will reach it's goal when you work hard, have a positive attitude and don't worry about individual credit. Not being afraid of change is pretty darn important, too! Operations and bridging teams together is the foundation of my career. Prior to Paramount Global, I spent eight years as an Operations Manger for a start up business, Aquatic Life, which is now a major player in the consumer aquarium lighting industry. The bulk of my sales experience came as an Online Consultant for William O'Neil and Co. I travelled domestically to seminars presenting our investment software and providing support for customers. I also have experience in domestic and international purchasing as well as managing a warehouse when working for Central Aquatics. I am a highly motivated individual that leads and influences by example. I am approachable and have a relaxing demeanor, but expect full commitment if we are collaborating together. Peers would describe me as an individual that is extremely easy to get along with and you can count on getting the job done 100% of the time.
