Was a single man team in the creation of a new infrastructure from an old one. Restored and maintained servers that ran as user end database & others for software based programs. Brought an Information Technology MDF to the 21st Century by implementing a new IT rack that supported multiple switches, PoE Switches, data port jacks, Servers, Shoretel Servers, FaxFinder technology, camera security systems, high-tech door security with real life monitoring, and high-end wireless network to grant teachers to private work from laptops, and PDA system with bell system. Took old technology and evolved it to work with a 21st century interface. Incorporated teacher Home Folders to ensure live backups to the server. Managed student accounts that included SkyDrive’s and live backups to the server while removing student profiles to excel computer speed. Implements online real time based software to scan internet traffic to ensure the restriction of social networking website, pornography, and other content inappropriate to children. Worked and learned the understandings of Infinite Campus at an Administrative view, and basic knowledge on Infinite Campus teacher grade books. Incorporated many Scholastic products that are associated with Scholastic Achievement Manager (SAM). Great understanding of Read180 Enterprise and FasttMath. Incorporated MAPS testing environment, very knowledge in the understanding of all aspects of MAPS testing onsite. Fixed many issues associated with MAPS. Participated in the Nevada Writing Assessment test that was computer based. Managed Promethean hardware from Promethean boards, slates, activotes, and projector management (trained in deep cleaning).

Incorporated a new network structure within a school, based off of a $100,000 grant. Incorporated new hardware to give students the upper hand in technology within a wireless network environment with laptops and wireless devices. Implemented multiple Promethean technologies to grant teachers the upper hand with teaching students in a digital era. Managed cable and electrical companies on the running of new data mainframes and power outlets to ensure balance in new locations.

Implemented SmartBoard technologies and other hardware to bring this school to the 21st century. Managed and supported all onsite troubleshooting, software patching, fixes and driver updates.

Intern that worked and learned about Information Technology on a more media / entertainment level. These tasks revolved around a more labor directed field in Information Technology which included cabling and networking from the IT room to the client based stations and to media / news casting stations.

Led a small team on the structural build of a high school. Placed hundreds of computer desktops within the school to help ensure student productivity. Worked on the installation of many Smart Boards in the school environment and implementing Smart Board cabinets and servers to ensure productivity and security for teachers. Implemented a social media network on a personal school level to deliver school news live through TV software incorporated on Smart Board Servers. Educated teachers and staff (40+) members on many aspects needed for computer/internet safety. Microsoft product training, Smart Board training, laptops training, and all aspects needed to ensure data security to servers. Ensured productivity afterwards by maintaining and correcting user end issues that occurred in real life time.

Troubleshooter of computer issues with teachers and students on day to day issues. Ability to pass issues off to senior staff in order to fix and maintain an environment in the fast correct manor. Worked with web filtering and one of the first Smart Boards to be released to the public. Worked with a team to complete CAT5e cable runs, patching, and crimping to make connection from rooms to a server.
