He co-authored M2’s proprietary branding process called Brand Effect. M2 Results was acquired by another marketing firm in 2010.Before focusing on M2 Results, Jon directed marketing for Essilor subsidiary, Specialty Lens. Essilor is the world’s leading provider of eyeglass lenses—selling a pair of lenses every 4 seconds. Essilor has more than 27,000 employees world-wide. Jon was a major part of the growth of the iRx Polaroid brand of premium polarized lenses. Jon was also on the team that developed Essilor's new international polarized brand, Xperio.Jon has 15+ years of experience as an executive leader from Director to Senior Partner to CEO. He has extensive experience in all facets of business operation, sales, product development, marketing and management.
