• Represented Product Line to support the Coast Guard’s Electronic Health Records acquisition project. Provided comment and review of numerous artifacts including deployment plan, engineering changes, configuration control reviews, and various service level agreements. Acted as System Engineering Lifecycle and configuration management subject matter expertise for the Mission Support Systems Product Line – Health and Safety Information Technology (HSIT) Branch. Supervise and oversees a team of 39 employees and subcontractors servicing contracts in excess of $6M annually.• Provides project and financial management, metrics, and scheduling for Geodesicx to provide sales, support, installation and repair of products from Furuno, Hatteland, Rutter and Transas. Geodesicx is an Elite Furuno dealer and operates the largest Furuno repair depot in the United States.• Provides Project Management and leadership for the US Marine Corps Enterprise Staging & Warehousing operation in Norfolk, VA. Instrumental in planning and executing 3-month surge operation that temporarily increased throughput from 6,000 to more than 20,000 assets/month to help the USMC meet its February 2018 goal to transition all IT asset to Windows 10 operating system.• Plans and coordinates Geodesicx Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support. Geodesicx provides sales, commissioning activities, and training for radars installed on new FRCs being delivered to the Coast Guard. Geodesicx also constructs and delivers Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) consoles for these ships.• Oversees and provides technical support to the products division, including configuration management and testing approval. Current products in production include AN/WRN-6 replacements (US Navy-type satellite signals navigation systems) and radar blanker interfaces.

• Established USMC’s Information Technology processing facility in Norfolk, VA. Relocated from contractor-owned warehouse in Charleston, S.C. to Naval Station Norfolk. Enacted new cyber-security requirements to harden the Marine Corps standard image and hardware while increasing throughput capability from 3,500 to 6,000 assets/month. Supervises team of 31 contractors supporting 4 Government personnel charged with receiving, inventorying, integrating, kitting and shipping of up to 6,000 assets every month.• Focuses on end-product quality and cost-control through configuration management and testing. Created program to automate Quality Assurance checks for integrated laptops, desktops, and tablets; outputs color-coded results to screen upon completion of integration for easy visual checks; eliminated hours of manual inspection and applied quality control check to 100% of devices. Guided development of configuration management policy to standardize roles, authority, naming conventions, version control, change management and configuration approval processes; enabled team to streamline monthly software update and approval process for faster fielding of patched software images.

Operations and Project Manager overseeing a diverse team of 24 contractors supporting the USMC's Enterprise Staging and Warehousing facility at SPAWAR, Norfolk, VA. Responsible for executing the receiving, inventory, integration, kitting and shipping processes to field new information technology assets to the Marine Corps. We average 3,500 assets/month, a combination of laptops, tablets, workstations, servers, routers, switches, and storage devices. We work with vendors ranging from NCS and Dell, to Cisco, Juniper and NetApps. We use Microsoft Deployment Tools and Windows Deployment Service to image computers and servers prior to shipping.
