My name is Jon Scripa. I3 years ago I lost 170 pounds naturally on my own. I remember nights of being depressed and angry. I was the kid that refused to take his shirt off at the beach or pool. I remember being bullied for being overweight. Getting picked on constantly.By the time I was 31 I had 2 sons a sedentary life style and a sedentary job. The lack of inactivity ballooned me to 350 pounds on a 5 foot 10 inch frame.In May of 2007 I decided to change my life. I couldnt get up and down a flight of stairs with out gasping for air. All my clothes were oversized trying to hide my body.I had a voracious appetite and I swear getting fatter by the minute.My sons were typical kids wanting to run and play catch with their Dad and I couldn't even do that. I was starring a heart attack in the face. My boys needed me to be more active. I was setting a horrible example for my children.So over the course of the next 11 months I changed my diet and activity level and lost 170 pounds.Since that time I have packed on 20 pounds of lean muscle mass.Now I save others lives by helping them do the same.
