As a Human Resources Consultant, Jon:Developed and presented training programs for leaders within organizations throughout the northwest, on topics ranging from leadership and communication to Human Resource compliance and diversity. Administered engagement surveys and other feedback tools, analyzed results, and presented them to leaders within their respective organizations.Conducted workshops on leadership topics at both regional and national conferences.

As an Instructor, Jon:Taught two sections of strategic business communication within the Integrated Business Cluster.

As an Adjunct Professor, Jon:Developed new syllabi and taught fifteen courses covering five different subjects within interpersonal and organizational communication. Instructed in-person, online, and hybrid university courses.

As a Graduate Assistant, Jon:Taught nineteen sections covering five different subjects within organizational communication, conflict, and business.Served as the Assistant Course Director for Public Speaking, leading a group of graduate students responsible for around 250 students at Texas A&M.Instructed both normal sections and mass lecture university courses.
