I work as a Data Strategy and Portfolio Manager, ensuring projects are aligned to strategic initiatives and compliant from a data management perspective. My previous role was in Customer Demand and People Planning in Lloyds Banking Group as a Performance Manager. Prior to this I worked in a head office role as a Customer Delivery Manager as part of a placement for 8 months. I initially joined the group as a Banking Consultant in 2008, from which I progressed into a series of Bank Manger roles. I started off managing Calne branch, and since then have also managed Horfield, Chippenham, Bath and most recently Trowbridge branch.
