Over the years I managed to a great degree the areas of replenishment, stock management, pricing, compliance and cash reconciliation.I successfully managed several small departments within the larger store team to ensure great availability for customers, at the right price and in a clean, well presented environment. I would plan how best to utilise colleagues to land replenishment with little effect on product availability, to launch range changes, marketing packages & price changes; ensuring smooth implementation with minimal impact to the running of the store as a whole or a negative effect on the customer journey.Additionally I was responsible for interviewing, training and scheduling all colleagues within my areas, along with pushing and planning training around the wider store team. Focused on processing cash takings for the store, calculating sales, investigating issues around cash holding figures, till discrepancies and so on. Very much a detail and figures focused role.In absence of the department manager I was to plan schedules, ensure other colleagues had the necessary mentoring in place and take part in supervisory activities in the wider store including checkout support.

Day to day running of the office, dictation, post handling, welcoming guests, booking meeting rooms, keeping client & customer records up-to-date, liaising with local authorities over licensing matters; Provided admin duties to various parts of the office, worked with Microsoft Office programs especially Word & Excel.

Worked as a manager of call handlers when Enterprise looked after maintenance contracts for social housing forBirmingham City Council. Required a good telephone manner, ability to build this in others, knowledge of Microsoft office programs,and ability to work under pressure often times having to keep clients very calm while my team and myself investigated any delays around works they needed done by liaising with outside engineers and other third parties.
