CurrentServe as a Project Manager for Fort Moore Directorate of Public Works (DPW) design/construction projects. Perform a variety of duties and responsibilities in developing and planning projects involving repair, maintenance, and utilities. Responsible for providing project management services for new construction and repair projects for over 170+ facilities assigned to the Airborne Ranger Training Brigade located throughout the states of Georgia and Florida, and 30+ facilities assigned to the Security Force Assistance Brigade and MATA. Responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and success of assigned projects. Establishes project scope and criteria, schedules and milestones, and budget targets. Ensures that priorities are met and cross coordination with other agencies is completed: such as with NEC, Utility companies, funding through DRM, and other Government agencies providing input to the project. Created projects in GFEBs to assign funding and manage project milestones and budgets. Provided WBS codes to DRM for issuance of MIPRs to award all phases of design through award of project. Gathers customer requirements, interpreting mission requirements into engineering criteria and assisting DPW and USACE engineers in the development, planning and execution of customer projects including submission of Work Orders, Environmental Records of Consideration, statements of work, initial government estimates, workforce assessments and space utilization requirements.
