Serve as a Project Manager for Fort Moore Directorate of Public Works (DPW) design/construction projects. Perform a variety of duties and responsibilities in developing and planning projects involving repair, maintenance, and utilities. Responsible for providing project management services for new construction and repair projects for over 170+ facilities assigned to the Airborne Ranger Training Brigade located throughout the states of Georgia and Florida, and 30+ facilities assigned to the Security Force Assistance Brigade and MATA. Performs contract work for Raytheon and SAIC as a military role player; One Semi-Automated Force (OneSAF) operator in coordination with the Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) or Command Post of the Future (CPoF) operator to perform test simulations suitable to support training, analysis, research, experimentation, mission planning and rehearsal activities. Data collection following Infantry units into wooded, open and urban environments during simulated tactical operations to collect performance issues on equipment being tested for the battlefield for US Armed Forces. Performs operational and casualty identification analysis of casualty-producing, combat incidents encountered by US Forces in OCONUS Operations. Conducts and integrates operational, intelligence, materiel, and medical analysis to produce information and products to inform War Fighters, combat trainers, combat developers, and doctrine writers of current and emerging combat trends, enemy Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and potential shortfalls in equipment, support, training, or doctrine and tactics. Collects, analyzes, and integrates operational and tactical intelligence on enemy/insurgent disposition, capabilities, TTPs, and employment in combat incidents. Identifies and analyzes trends in injury patterns as they relate to exposure and personal protective equipment to include vehicle data, hostile forces intelligence, safety equipment, medical and operational outcomes requiring management decisions, intervention or information dissemination. Develops, produces, and disseminates detailed analytical case studies on selected casualty-producing combat incidents in report and formal presentation formats. Provides feedback and interaction to units, schools, and agencies across DOD concerning lessons learned during combat incident analysis efforts. Participates in cross-functional teams working to develop effective solutions to identified shortfalls in training, TTPs, PPE, and other combat equipment. Makes analysis decisions exploiting a range of access points on SIPR and NIPR and utilized Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), On-Line Casualty Reporting (OLCR), Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE), JIEDDO Knowledge Information Fusion Exchange (JKnIFE), Tactical Ground Reporting Network (TiGRNET), User-Defined Operations Picture (UDOP MIC Feed), Google Earth Imagery (SIPR) and a multitude of unit and theater sites to perform the daily categorization into the partnership database.
