Developing life skill programmes which were detailed and responsive to individual need.Helping students to make decisions regarding their leisure options and other activities which would help them to define who they are.Facilitating personal growth for students by listening to them and helping them to achieve their priorities

Arranging and supporting student placements. Lecturing and running workshops and CPD sessions for educators.

Working as a senior OT with the community learning disability team.Supporting the multidisciplinary team around delivering a high quality service. Working closely with service users and their family to address a range of challenges affecting their ability to be independent. Working with other agencies, carers, families, services to help improve communication and working relationships.
