I have spent much of my career in Customer Service and Technical Support which has allowed me to gain a wide variety of experience. I have performed roles that have enabled me to increase quality, improve manufacturing processes and produce consistent results. By identifying procedures and processes that can be improved, 1st pass yield is improved. As a team player, I have always been heavily involved with engineering, product testing and documentation of company products. I enjoy developing new technologies and products for emerging markets. As a Customer Service Manager, my priority is to make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded. I have provided and promoted excellent customer service throughout my roles and managed a customer service team, making sure that service standards were being met and problems were promptly resolved. Other duties have included: delivering comprehensive service to inquiring customers; managing incoming calls and emails; managing customer accounts; documenting customer interaction and details of actions taken; communicating with internal teams. I always enjoy engaging team members and building relationships across a wide spectrum of disciplines.
