Current* Created benefits communications including wording used for annual enrollment, a Virgin Pulse Wellness roll-out presentation and FAQ, monthly CARE Wellness emails regarding relevant wellness topics and company challenges, Covid-19 and the leave of absence process.* Increased registration and engagement in Wellness utilizing the Virgin Pulse Wellness Platform. Implemented and promoted incentives and friendly competition. Positive feedback included employees who were able to manage weight and stress, limit medication and seek preventive services which helped to avoid more dangerous and costly future complications. *The Benefits lead in obtaining, developing and posting all Benefit materials and related content strategically on the company intranet site. This allows important benefits information and links to be found more intuitively. * Enhanced the billing process to include pivot table and excel functions including vlookups, lookups, yearfrac, and index to provide checks and balances and to assure the underlying software continues to calculate costs and benefits correctly as expected. * Created new inter-active advance reports in ADP Workforce which included detailed reporting on earnings and deductions over multiple pay periods. These reports were useful in updating wellness credits and benefit reconciliations. These reports were also used to validate and add data in the Benefit and Comp statements.
