We offer career consulting services using, arguably, the best tool on the planet, Career Direct. In this we assess a person’s personality, their interests, skills, and work place and life values. The 550 question assessment and 25 page report is then dissected through a 2+ hour feedback consultation that is recorded. Result: Achieved hiring goals and while hiring the right person the first time and minimizing time and money lost in the selection process.Worked with department heads to a create performance check lists, and created a process for employee evaluation reviews. Provided training and guidance for management on how to deliver effective employee review meetings. A manager who also understands the design of their employee and can adjust communication style in a way that best serves the employee.
