Having spent several years in the Financial Services business the opportunity to move into I.T. arose. I had the privilege to work in Computer Security, Business Continuity Planning, Business Analysis, Application Tech Support, Development, Configuration & Release Mngt, Systems Programming and Systems Testing. I wrote in numerous Computer Languages, which I greatly enjoyed. Being lucky enough to have gained a degree of familiarity with a broad range of I.T. disciplines I have found that I lack the long term experience in any particular discipline when set against specialists of a comparable age. I have gone on to gain another 1st Class Honours Degree with The Open University which I also greatly enjoyed and became a carer for a family member a number of years ago.
